- - went to the Police station with his rifle. cops had arrested June for something so he went to the station
- carry the coffin story - someone had asked him to help carry a coffin and he said "that man's already dead, I'm trying not to die, I'm not carrying his coffin"
-Abraham would get drunk - so Mattie would drag him in and put him on the kitchen table.
-From obit - he and Martha Jane had 10 children, five of whom would preceded him in death at an early age.
-paid $400 for their house in Maarch 1945. I have the land deed to the house.
