Liverpool Napoleon Merry

Merry, who speaks very favorably of the times and of the prosperity of the Church in his region, and states that he and Brother Burch are getting along finely, notwithstanding the rebels are trying to do them all the harm they can. But he says they do not fear them. Brother Merry has also given us to understand that himself, at least, has not forgotten the Recorder, and that he and his people are on hand to help make up the ten thousand cash subscribers, and that by the first of the year we might look for a large number. This is indeed gratifying and couraging.
