Wife Elizabeth Digges - entire estate except for Negro Sue. Daughter Sarah Wimberly - Negro Sue. Son Starling Digges - land where I now live, as well as the land entry of 300 acres I have made on Town Creek adj. Benjamin Lancaster. At my wife's death or marriage the rest of my estate is to be divided among my four children Frances, Starling, Elizabeth and Catharine Caty.
