Will of Micheal Koonce

To son Richard, 180 acres on head of Great Chinquipin Creek, two tracts adjoining one of 150 acres the other 200 acres; and a tract just entered adjoining; to son Emanuel, 100 acres which I bought of Jacob Koonce and includes the upper part of the plantation wheron I live, and land I bought of Wickliff Franck on south side of Chinquipin creek opposite the above mentioned land and containing 50 acres with all other land in the neck on south side of creek and Trent river on the north side, and 135 acres on Deep creek south side of Trent river; to son Michael, the manor plantation whereon I live with all lands adjoining same; to daughter Alice, two negroes, two horses, five cows and calves, feather bed and furniture delivered when she is of age or marries; To child wife now pregnant with, a tract of land containing 200 acres on North side of Beaver creek, on Gum Branch and 150 acres on Joshuas creek where Jacob Lee now lives; to daughter Mary, two negroes now in her possession; To my wife Elizabeth, the plantation whereon I live for her widowhood or lifetime, three negroes, cattle, a horse, furniture and utensils. When son Richard is of agethe rest of negroes to be divided to my following children, Richard, Emanuel, Michael and the unborn one (if child die that given to it goes to sons Michael and Emanuel). When wife die her part divided to all children, and also that not willed away.
