To sons Calvin and Michael, lands on Chinquipin creek (reserving part for my wife), at line where Jas. Stanly formerly lived and to the land patented by John Frank, this to Calvin, that is all on west side of branch, and to Michael the remainder, and to both several negroes; to daughter Penelope, all land on south side of Trent, for her lifetime and at her death to her two oldest sons, then living, and also several negroes and these divided to all her children at her death; to daughter Elizabeth, several negores; to wife Elizabeth, that land given my sons, for her lifetime and many negroes. The land and negroes to sons Calvin and Michael at her death and Elizabeth to receive one also but if she have no heirs to return to other children; all else to wife for her life then to sons.
