Suicide in Tampa — This morning at 9:45 o’clock Harvey L. FOWLER, one of the most popular and highly respected young business men of Tampa, died at the residence of his sister, Mrs. B.K. RICHARDSON, Sulgrave Court, Hyde Park, the result of a wound inflicted by himself, while the victim of incipient melancholia, brought on by a general nervous breakdown of his system — Tampa Times, 6th.
