It’s been awhile since I posted stitching progress — here is Madonna of the Garden as of today
I am almost getting jealous that i’m giving this away! this may be a contender for a restitch sometime in the future. At this point, I don’t have much actual stitching left — some metallic, some border work on the arch, and then the faces. Then, I can start the beads. It’s not looking like I’ll finish it before the baby is born, but it shouldn’t be too much longer.

Wow, Taneya, that is gorgeous! I can see why you wouldn’t want to give it away. *grin* I must admit that I keep popping in to see if your baby girl has made an appearance. LOL
That is stunning! I keep coming by too, looking for a baby Kaleya appearance! Best wishes to you Taneya.
same here, I’m at your blog two or three times a day. So are you going to make a quick post when you get your first contractions before you go to the hospital? A post that says “oh I’m going into labour now, got to go!” LOL
Madonna Of The Garden is amazing, it look huge too!
I’ll fourth that. I keep checking to see if your lovely daughter has decided to make an appearance yet.
Madonna is looking absolutely beautiful. The more I see of it the more I know I’m going to have to stitch it one day. The colours are just so beautifully vibrant.
I’m most looking forward to a birth announcement, but I’m also looking forward to seeing Madonna finished. (I warn you, new baby generally means less stitching time.)
I don’t suppose you would believe me if I told you I only came by to see if there were new pictures of your handsome sailor?
You have more strength than I do in all the gifting you do with your beautiful stitching
Your Madonna is beautiful! I haven’t seen one this far along yet, and it is stunning! Much prettier irl, of course. Can’t wait to see it finished! Come on, Kaleya!
WOW…that is GORGEOUS! Good luck with the labor on Friday…you must be SO excited!
